The Stretford Wall of Fame

The Stretford Wall of Fame is a celebration of people connected to Stretford who have contributed to arts, culture, and social and political change within our community and beyond. Selected by local residents, and reflecting changing historical boundaries, there will be some people you will know and some you may not. We wanted to use this space to shine a light on the successes of the people less recognised for their achievements.

The Stretford Wall of Fame was the creative vision of Stretford resident Jules Bagnoli who said she "wanted to make a walk-through gallery of our area's special people - from all walks of life and backgrounds."

The Wall of Fame was displayed in Stretford from 11 February - 5 May 2021. Now the exhibition can be enjoyed online at MMfromhome.
